I arrived Tuesday afternoon into Aspen and we went to Happy Hour for drinks and great catching up time. We also had some classic prank call action. We ended up getting a ride home in the freezing cold by the Hotel Jerome Shuttle...what a nice driver!
On Wednesday, Kelly Ann and Cece worked and I did some shopping in town and had lunch at my new favorite place, Jour De Fete. We went out that night and saw a DJ at Belly Up...it was SOOOOO FUN!!
Turkey Day was a great time with great people and great food. We of course ate too much and ended up in I ended up in turkey coma.
On Friday I did some hiking, met Cece for a walk with the kids, met Kelly Ann for lunch at the Big Wrap, and watched a great lifetime movie. We went out for drinks that night and appetizers at The J Bar...loooove the locals discount. We then went to Bad Billy's and met some intresting characters.
On Saturday...my last day...tear! Cece and I went in town and saw Kelly Ann busy at work, then all three of us had a great lunch, and then back to Texas I went.
I had an absolutely fantastic time and I can NOT wait to come back...the sooner the better!!!
Sounds like a perfect Thanksgiving weekend.
